An affordable housing complex that has a minimum base rent, with increasing rents based on a percentage of income. Located in Putnam CT on Phillips Street and Newport Avenue. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Applicants must be age 55 or older, or permanently disabled of any age. This complex consists of 8 efficiency units and 12 one-bedroom units.
St. Onge Apartments
An affordable housing complex that has a minimum base rent, with increasing rents based on a percentage of income. Located in Putnam CT at 218 Woodstock Avenue. Heat and hot water are NOT included in the rent. Utilities are all electric. Applicants must be age 55 or older, or permanently disabled of any age. This complex consists of 12 efficiency units and 8 one-bedroom units.
New Roxbury Village
An affordable housing complex that has a minimum base rent, with increasing rents based on a percentage of income. Located in Woodstock CT at 60 Butts Road. Heat and hot water are NOT included in the rent. Utilities are all electric. Applicants must be age 55 or older, or permanently disabled of any age. This complex consists of 16 efficiency units and 8 one-bedroom units.
Sunny Acres
An affordable housing complex that has a minimum base rent, with increasing rents based on a percentage of income. Located in Moosup CT off Daggett Street. Heat and hot water are NOT included in the rent. Utilities are all electric. Applicants must be age 55 or older, or permanently disabled of any age. This complex consists of 28 efficiency units and 12 one-bedroom units.
Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8
A low-income housing program. The tenant-based Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, also known as Section 8, assists families with their rent while they reside in privately owned properties in the community.
